Lumberjack Juice (Sour - Ale)
Our sour beer guru friends from Tempel Brygghus, Sweden, came all the way to Finland to brew a Scandinavian forest inspired Sour Ale. We threw in some sticks, leaves and spices we found from the nearest forest – including spruce tips and juniper twigs – soured it with the natural live bacteria from the malt and dry hopped it with Nelson Sauvin & Vic Secret hops. It came out as the perfect after-wood-chopping juice for all you, red checker shirted people out there. We hope you store it cold, drink it fast and enjoy!
Úlfrún Nr.34 (IPA - Session / India Session Ale)
Úlfrún Nr. 34, a combination of Úlf (wolf) and Rún (rune) and an Icelandic female name, is a tip o’ the hat to the American new-wave IPA.
Over a multi-grain fermentation of barley,
wheat, rye and oats, the Citra and Mosaic hops deliver the distinct fruitiness and when infused with Centennial the result is a tropical delight of pineapple and mango.
Surtur Nr.8.7 (Stout - Russian Imperial)
This edition of Surtur was aged in Scottish Islay whisky casks, giving it heretofore unknown levels of strength – the iron fist of a Jötunn in a black velvet glove.
Surtur is named after Surtr (Old Norse for “black” or “the swarthy one”) a devil giant in Norse mythology foretold as being a major figure during the events of Ragnarök.
Askasleikir Nr.45 (Red Ale - Other)
Askasleikir (e. Ash Bowl Licker) is the 6th of the 13 Icelandic Yule Lads. The Lads are the sons of Grýla and Leppalúði, two of the most hideous ogres in Icelandic folklore. The Yule Lad’s original role was to strike fear in the hearts of children.
Askasleikir is a festive Amber Ale brewed with specially selected English yeast, hops and a touch of ash, yielding a delicious palate of apricot and citrus.
DIPA Double India Pale Ale (IPA - Imperial / Double)
Old Freddy Walker (Old Ale)
Champion Winter Beer of Britain 2004, and one of Roger Protz’s “300 Beers To Try Before You Die”. This cult ale is one for the connoisseur! A rich, dark, full – bodied old ale that really has to be tasted to be appreciated. This beer is usually the first to sell out at beer festivals, thanks to its blend of Pale, Lager, Crystal, Wheat and Black malts that are fermented with an English yeast. Bramling Cross hops are added to provide a hint of orange and a balancing dose of bitterness.
Hoppiness (IPA - American)
As with all of our hoppy beers, we give you more than just a one-dimensional hop bomb. Malt is there to add more than alcohol, by the way. And don’t worry, there are enough hops in here to scratch that itch. This beer gives you everything – all the rich malt and fruit flavours of a Barley Wine combined with the hoppy crispness of a Pale Ale. In the words of one legend:
Hoppiness = Happiness
Translation:
A style of beer originating in England during the 19th century. In order to be able to transport beer to the Indies, their colonies, they used the properties of hops to protect beer from bacteria so that their beverage could withstand the long journey … So these are very bitter beers .
La Goudale has returned to this tradition by using aromatic hops bringing notes of citrus and tropical fruits to the nose and mouth.
This powerful bitterness brings this beer lasting body.
Hops: Simcoe, Cascade

One evening I saw Beauty on my knees – and I found her bitter. Bitter and supple, elegantly fruity with a touch of spice, that is. In a word: deliciously drinkable, again and again. This refreshing and dry rye saison will seduce your senses, but will never quench your Thirst.
Mr Brown (Brown Ale - English)
Blushing Monk (Fruit Beer)
Blushing Monk is brewed with a ridiculous amount of raspberries and with a Belgian yeast strain that keeps our head cellar operator from sleeping for a week. It pours a stunning deep berry red and, at 9.2% ABV, has a surprising kick. The perfect dessert beer, it can be enjoyed on its own or paired with fresh cheeses, fruit, cakes and more.
